Jennifer (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor who aims to reduce the stigma around mental
health care and who believes caring for one's mental well-being is as important as taking care of one's
physical well-being. She understands the importance of meeting her clients where they are and building
a strong and safe relationship to help her clients clarify and meet their goals. She acknowledges
individuals’ unique strengths and experiences and advocates strongly for her clients’ needs.

Jennifer has experience in inpatient and outpatient settings with culturally diverse children, adolescents,
adults, and geriatric clients. She enjoys working with clients experiencing a variety of challenges,
including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma-processing, and more. She holds a BA in Psychology from the
University of South Carolina and a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North
Carolina at Charlotte.
